The journey toward the best version of yourself – The Choice – Article 5
Take your direction with you: From Choice to Continuity
The Journey to becoming the best version of yourself
Season 1 · Chapter 1 — The Choice · Article 5 of 5
The first chapter of our journey is coming to an end, but the path you’ve chosen is just now beginning to take shape.
During these first steps, you’ve reflected on your life, identified where you’re starting from, and envisioned the person you want to become.
You then chose a quality to cultivate and began to put it into practice.
It could be the courage to face something you keep putting off.
It may be the calm you need to avoid reacting immediately.
It may be the confidence that allows you to take a step without already knowing the entire path.
Or it could be the clarity that helps you distinguish what really matters from what distracts you.
The quality you’ve chosen isn’t just a word. It’s a direction.
Making a choice doesn’t mean you’ve already arrived
When you choose a quality, you’re not claiming to possess it fully.
Choosing courage doesn’t mean you’re no longer afraid. It means deciding not to let fear always dictate your path.
Choosing calmness doesn’t mean you don’t experience intense emotions. It means learning to create a space between what’s happening and how you respond.
Choosing to trust doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means allowing yourself to move forward even when you can only see the next step.
Making a phone call that you keep putting off
Choosing clarity doesn’t mean knowing every answer right away. It means beginning to recognize what is essential.
A quality becomes part of your life when it is recalled, practiced, and transformed into repeated actions.
Saying a Necessary “No”
Choices set the direction. Continuity builds the path.
From words to everyday actions
A major transformation rarely results from a single extraordinary action. More often than not, it takes shape through small, consistent actions.
If you’ve chosen courage, your action might be to send that message, make a difficult phone call, express a need, or start something you’ve been putting off.
- What quality do I want to make more present in my life?
- If you’ve chosen to stay calm, you might take a few slow breaths before responding, give yourself a few minutes of silence, or consciously stop yourself from reacting automatically.
- If you’ve chosen to trust, you might make a decision without expecting to control every consequence.
- If you’ve chosen clarity, you might identify just one priority and shield it from distractions.
You don’t have to change everything all at once. You need to choose an action that’s small enough to actually carry out and meaningful enough to express the quality you want to cultivate.
An exercise to wrap up the first chapter
Take a few minutes to answer these questions:
What quality have I chosen to embrace right now?
In what situation in my life do I feel this need the most?
What small gesture can you use to express it in a concrete way today?
What can help me remember her over the next few days?
What kind of support can help me maintain continuity?
Then complete this sentence:
Today, I choose to cultivate __________ by __________.
For example:
Today, I choose to cultivate courage by having the conversation I’ve been putting off.
Or:
Today, I choose to stay calm by taking a moment to breathe before responding.
Writing the sentence makes your intention clear. Performing the action turns it into an experience.
The energies of the stones work together
Each stone has its own energy and its own purpose. When different stones are combined in a carefully designed arrangement, their energies do not remain isolated: they interact and work in synergy.
This encounter gave rise to a masterpiece of jewellery.
Not just a simple ornament, but a companion to carry with you along your chosen path. A daily reminder of the values you wish to uphold and the direction you’ve decided to follow.
For example:
Algol combines white and black agate, hematite, and cat’s eye, fostering courage, strength, and confidence in facing challenges.
Bellatrix combines snowflake obsidian, rose quartz, chrysoprase, and pink opal, fostering confidence, openness, and renewal.
Gienah combines Baroque pearls, Majorca pearls, moonstone, and amethyst, promoting calm, balance, and centring.
Alkaid combines blue quartz, kyanite, rock crystal, cat’s eye, and hematite, promoting clarity, lucidity, and concentration.
Choose something realistic and give it your full attention until the end.
Kindness isn’t just about what you offer others. It also includes the way you treat yourself during difficult times.
Exercise: When you make a mistake, replace a harsh statement with a kind and helpful one.
These are just a few possibilities—not mandatory choices. The quality you should cultivate comes from listening to what you’re experiencing right now.
You might also feel the need for several qualities at once:
the courage to take action and the calm to stay centered; the clarity to make choices and the confidence to move forward.
That is why a person can choose one or more pieces of guiding jewellery, depending on the different moments and needs along their journey.
Jewellery complements; the method provides continuity
Recognizing a quality is important. Carrying its energy with you helps bring it into your daily life. But for the chosen path to lead to lasting change, practice, awareness, and consistency are also necessary.
This is where the Quantum Mind program comes into play.
Quantum Mind is a method that helps you work inwardly on the path you’ve chosen: observing your thoughts, recognizing habitual responses, creating different possibilities, and transforming an intention into a step-by-step journey.
The Jewellery for Guidance and Quantum Mind serve two complementary functions:
- Jewellery enhances the quality of everyday life through the energetic synergy of its stones;
- Quantum Mind offers a method for cultivating awareness, as well as choices and actions that remain consistent over time.
2. Recognize when you need it
One gives you direction.
The other helps you keep moving in that direction.
It’s not about seeking immediate change, but about building a more mindful relationship with what you choose to think, nurture, and do.
The end of a chapter is not the end of the journey
Chapter 1, ” The Choice,” ends here.
You’ve recognized that something can change. You’ve looked at where you started, identified a direction, and chosen a quality to focus on.
Now that choice needs to be remembered, put into practice, and supported.
Before continuing, ask yourself one more time:
What quality do I want to carry with me?
What piece of jewellery can complement that energy?
What approach can help me ensure its continuity?
You don’t have to see the whole path ahead. It’s enough to recognize the next step and decide how to take it.
In the second chapter, “The Guide,” we’ll discuss what happens when the path forward seems less clear.
We’ll discover how to rediscover it in moments of doubt, how to use a symbol to return to our intention, and how to create a ritual that can guide us through our daily lives.
The first chapter comes to a close.
The direction has been chosen.
Now the journey continues.
