15.3. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1) and shall be appointed by mutual agreement of the Parties. If the Parties fail to reach agreement on the appointment of the arbitrator within fifteen (15) days from the date on which either Party referred the dispute, controversy or claim to arbitration, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the Malta Arbitration Centre.

15.4. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings will be Maltese or English, as agreed between the Parties.

You may return products purchased from the Gemme Sogni website for exchange only, (we do not refund money), within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in original condition including original packaging.

Unless the products are defective, damaged or incorrect, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use registered mail as proof of shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will be made, where possible, through the same payment method used in the original transaction.

All orders are shipped in a Gemme Sogni package.

Taxes and VAT

All prices include VAT, but exclude any other applicable taxes. Depending on your geographical location, prices may be displayed excluding VAT.

Product warranty

Quality and care in every creation

Gemme Sogni Jewellery is made with care and attention to detail, using selected natural stones and materials chosen to ensure quality, beauty and durability.

For this reason, each product is covered by the legal warranty under the current regulations, ( presentation of the original receipt/invoice is required).

The Specialized Technical Team will evaluate the case and provide a response within 10 working days.

Acceptance of the claim is at the discretion of the team. If the claim is accepted, the product will be repaired.

If the product cannot be repaired, you will receive a replacement or a voucher worth equivalent to the purchase price.

Natural stones may have small variations in color or veining, which are not defects but natural characteristics of the material.

Product with severe dents or bent

Plating damage caused by skin acidity

Discoloration due to wear and tear or poor product care

Product Care

Jewellery Care

Gemme Sogni produces jewellery in stainless steel and/or silver, using enamels, semi-precious stones, handcrafted glass stones, and cubic zirconia. Stainless steel and/or silver is durable and, most importantly, hypoallergenic. Each piece is unique due to the handcrafted process, so there may be natural veining, streaking and/or slight colour differences in the stones. We are committed to offering the best quality.

All the Jewellery should be stored individually, preferably in the gift box or Gemme Sogni bag provided, to avoid abrasion caused by rubbing between pieces. Semi-precious stones and handcrafted glass should not be banged on hard surfaces to avoid breakage. We also suggest that chains be closed when not worn to prevent tangling.

Extreme moisture, use of perfumes, deodorants, hairspray, makeup, nail polish removers, lotions, oils, antibacterial soaps, shower gels, shampoos, excessive sweating, salt water, chlorine, and chemicals contained in cleaning agents can damage gold and rose gold plating. Although stainless steel is strong, plating is very delicate and can easily discolor or blacken when exposed to these elements. Semi-precious stones can also dull due to their natural porosity. Damage to plating and stones caused by these elements is irreparable.

Regularly clean your jewellery is essential to preserve them for a long time and keep their shine. We recommend using a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth to gently clean your jewellery. Warm water may be used as long as the item is dried completely with a soft cloth. The use of cleaning agents containing harsh chemicals should be avoided at all costs, as they can cause irreparable damage.
